Learn about specific needs the Air Force has to address challenges with hundreds of outdated test stands. 309 EMXG is the maintenance, repair, and overhaul center of excellence for avionics and generator components supporting multiple airframes within USAF.  Automated Test Stands play a critical role in our overhaul process.  As of today we have 680 different test stands in our factory; of different ages, complexities, reliability, etc.  We have developed a multi-year, multi-hundred million dollar, strategy to recapitalize these test stands and collapse the variation into three predefined standard test machines.  This event is for USPAE alliance partners and government personnel only.
